Mr Riju Jhunjhunwala is the current Chairman and Managing Director for RSWM Ltd which is India’s leading textile manufacturing company exporting 35% of its products across 78 countries. Mr. Jhunjhunwala, a third-generation entrepreneur from the Jhunjhunwala family, strongly believes in ‘giving back to society’ as ingrained by his visionary grandfather, Mr. L.N. Jhunjhunwala and followed by his father, Mr. Ravi Jhunjhunwala.

Being the visionary that he is, Mr. Jhunjhunwala believed that investing in manpower and technology is the future. He immediately started to spearhead the group’s foray into Information Technology

Mr. Jhunjhunwala has spent nearly 2 decades in various roles in marketing and strategy at RSWM Limited. He has led various expansions, strategic tie ups across the company and has been instrumental in setting up new product lines. Under him, RSWM has grown to now become one of the leading synthetic yarns & fabrics manufacturing company in India with an annual turnover in excess of U$ 500 mn.

Indu Mehta

Director of Operations – BIL

Indu's career exemplifies global leadership through innovation and strategic vision. Across three of the biggest economies – the US, UAE, and India – she has led business transformations. Her expertise lies in forging high-impact alliances and leveraging automation and IT to drive sustainable growth.

In the US, Indu spearheaded successful sales and marketing initiatives for Boeing, establishing strategic partnerships that significantly increased perceived product value and expanded service offerings across key markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. For Reem Developers in Dubai, Indu's innovative marketing approach targeted global expatriates, resulting in a 30% increase in sales and the development of a new, successful residential project. In Emirates Airlines & Etihad Airways she has successfully led corporate events for station and product launches on global platforms. Further, on returning to India, Indu's keen understanding of audience demographics was instrumental in optimizing revenue for the Kingdom of Dreams. By recognizing global market demands, she spearheaded the creation of new lines of business (LOBs) that led to the addition of 13 new thematic retail outlets, significantly enhancing the visitor experience for this live entertainment destination.

Today, Indu has played pivotal roles in manufacturing, green energy, and technology sectors for the LNJ Bhilwara Group. As the forward-thinking leader, she has led IT integration for the group that has streamlined operations and positioned the group's various businesses for a sustainable future. Her rapid ascent to CEO within three years is a testament to her transformative impact.

Nandini holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature, from Mysore University with having a 15 years of Dynamic and rich experience into Telecom domain, Project Managing, Business Development & Account management in skill and staff augmenting across vertical-based leading Industries.

Prior to joining Bhilwara Infotechnology, she has worked with leading names like Crompton Greaves in Digital and Informatics division, i-Built, SoftQL, at broad capacities as well as during her journey in BIL in last 6 years, she has grown across the ladder in delivering desired customer experiences meeting market expectations. She is an avid Music and Sports lover, performer, with a strong passion for travel, adventure and spirituality
